ERNiCrMo-3 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum wire primarily utilized for welding alloys 625, 601, 802, and 9% nickel using the gas arc metal and gas tungsten arc method of welding. Pinnacle Alloys ERNiCrMo-3 delivers moderate strengths, good fabricability, and superior corrosion resistance from cryogenic to elevated (up to 1800°F) temperatures. It also features good oxidation resistance. Pinnacle Alloys ERNiCrMo-3 is designed for welding NiCrMo to itself, to steel, to other nickel-base alloys, and for cladding steel with NiCrMo weld metal. This wire is well suited for welding piping systems and reactor components in the power generation industry and for high temperature service in a wide variety of other engineering applications including furnace equipment and petrochemical plants and in marine and offshore environments. ERNiCrMo-3 (Inconel 625) welding wire is used primarily for gas tungsten and gas metal arc and matching composition base metals. It is also used for welding Inconel 601 and Incoloy 800. It can be used to weld dissimilar metal combinations such as steel, stainless steel, Inconel and Incoloy alloys.It is suitable for welding of nickel-chromium molybdenum alloy, such as Inconel 625 Incoloy 825, and can also be used for welding and surfacing of nickel based alloy and stainless steel dissimilar materials. It can be used in the environment from low temperature to 540 ℃.Low Iron Content, can be used in the welding of nickel-chromium molybdenum alloy, It can be used for cladding and welding of different base metals such as Ni-Cr-Mo alloy with stainless steel and carbon steel. It has good oxidation resistance and reducing environment. The high content of molybdenum provides good stress and resistance to ptting and crevice corrosion.
