ERNiFeCr-1 used for gas-tungsten-arc welding of Incoloy alloy 825 and other nickel-iron-chromium-molybsenum-copper alloys of similar composition. The weld matal is highly corrosion resistance, particularly in reducing chemicals such as sulphuric and phospharic acids. It is used in the chemical industry, oil and gas piping factories and it is used for pollution control purpose. Why ERNiFeCr-1? 1. Used for welding of Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum-Copper Alloys. 2. Also could be used to overlay cladding where similar chemical composition required. 3. Used for welding the nickel iron chromium molybdenum copper alloy (ASTM B 423 Having UNS numbr N08825) to itself using GTAW and GMAW processes.
