Products Details

Changzhou DLX Alloy Company is the prominent manufacturer, Stockist, and Seller of AWS Class ERNiCr-3 MIG & TIG Welded wires & Rods. Our company produces these Welded wires using pure raw materials, and we provide these wires as per clients' exact requirements of specifications and sizes. Other trade names also know these Welded wires, including Alloy 82, INCONEL FILLER METAL 82, EXATON NI 72HP, THERMANIT NICRO 82, and OK TIGROD NICR-3. ERNiCr-3 nickel alloy bare wire is used for GMAW, GTAW, and SAW Nickel Alloy welding. It is used for joining base materials such as UNS number N06600. This includes ASTM grades B163, B166, B167, and B168. This alloy can also be used for dissimilar welding using various nickel alloys to stainless steels or carbon steels, as well as for overlaying carbon steels. Also used for welding 9% nickel steels to one another having high impact strength at low temperatures. This versatile alloy has high strength and good corrosion resistance, with oxidation resistance and creeprupture strength at elevated temperatures.

INCONEL FILLER METAL 82 Coated Electron is a filler metal that mainly has Nickel (>67%), Chrome, and Iron elements. It has higher strength and good corrosion resistance, including oxidation resistance and creep-rupture strength at high temperatures application sectors. These EXATON NI 72HP Coated electrons are applicable for applications ranging from cryogenic to high temperatures, making this alloy one of the most applied alloys in the nickel family. THERMANIT NICRO 82 Coated Electrons can also be used for dissimilar welding applications between various nickel alloys and stainless or carbon steels and cover. It is utilized for gas metal arc, gas tungsten arc, and submerged arc welding of alloy 600, 601, 800, and 825. The alloy can also be applied in dissimilar welding applications with carbon and stainless steels, Alloy 82, and nickel-copper alloys.
